Our ECE Department is hosting three Fall Orientation activities this year (registration links will be posted in mid-August):
- ECE Graduate Student Orientation
- Date: Tuesday September 9, 2025
- Location: Hart House (Great Hall and other rooms TBA)

- Date: Wednesday September 3, 2025
- Location: Centre for International Experience (CIE), Cumberland Room 102
- Time: 3:00pm - 4:30pm

- ECE MEng Student Orientation Retreat
- Date: Saturday September 13, 2025
- Location: Hart House Farm (~1 hour north west of Toronto)
- Time: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Winter 2025
We will host a Winter Orientation for our January 2025 incoming students. Details will be posted in the Fall.
Other Orientations
New students are also encouraged to attend the Fall Orientation (August 28, 2025) offered by the School of Graduate Studies.
The University of Toronto Graduate Students' Union (UTGSU) hosts an orientation for new graduate students called GradFest (September 16, 2025). Details are posted on the UTGSU website.
The Centre for International Experience (CIE) offers pre-arrival and welcome services for new international students. Consider attending their CIE Open House (September 12, 2025). Details are posted on the CIE website and you can view their events calendar.
