What: My SSP provides international students with free, confidential support for any school, health, or general life concern. Call or chat with a counsellor in your preferred language directly from your phone whenever, wherever you are. Students can also download the My SSP app on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

What: Navi is an anonymous, chat-based service that acts as a virtual assistant for students who want to navigate the mental health supports available to them at the University of Toronto.

Student Life resources

There are a number of programs offered through U of T’s Student Life website for both physical and mental health. These include, among others:

  • Healthy sleep and eating
  • Community support groups
  • Equity and inclusivity support
  • Suicide alertness for everyone

You can also find services for medical care, as well as medical policies and documentation.

U of T Health & Wellness Centre

The Health & Wellness Centre provides general medical services including health check-ups as well as mental health services such as counselling and group therapy.

All students who have registered and paid fees at U of T are eligible for services.

The Centre is located at the Koffler Student Services Centre, 214 College Street (2nd floor) and is open Monday to Friday.

Call 416-978-8030 (Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4:30 pm) to book an appointment with a doctor or counsellor.
