Overview
The Microwave Lab supports intermediate and advanced courses in Electromagnetics. Students experiment with transmission line propagation, antennas and microwave circuit components. The experiments are supported by state-of-the-art vector network analyzers (VNA), oscilloscopes and signal generators. An etching lab is available to fabricate the antennas and microstrip circuits which are used for the experiments.
The Microwave Lab’s Manager, Dr. Tse Chan, is the author of the textbook in the accompanying illustration.
