He believes the biggest opportunity in digital health isn’t building more tools – it’s removing the administrative complexity that existing systems have created.  \n\n\n\nPrior to Dr.Bill\, Kevin held increasingly senior roles across Product\, Marketing\, Technology within RBCx and Toronto-based tech startups. \n\n\n\n_______________________  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIzayana Navas Senior Director\, Client Experience\, Digital Product & Program Management\, Avion Digital Product  \n\n\n\nIzayana is deeply passionate about mentoring others\, helping them unlock their potential\, and supporting their personal and professional growth. Her career spans over three decades across numerous areas at RBC\, including Canadian Banking Operations\, Mobile Banking\, and most recently leading the Avion Digital Product team. Before transitioning to RBC Digital\, she led the Digital Payments portfolio managing multiple products. Her collaboration with the Digital team inspired her to pursue a transition into Digital Product Management.  \n\n\n\nHer expertise and achievements reflect her commitment to excellence. She holds two RBC patents for payments innovation and has earned certifications from MIT\, Harvard Business School\, and the Kellogg School of Management. She also holds an Institute of Canadian Banking Fellowship. Her core competencies include driving innovation and growth through technology\, designing customer experiences from strategy to execution\, product management across business and digital domains\, execution excellence in portfolio and program management\, and leading and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.  \n\n\n\n_______________________  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJerry IuDirector\, DevOps UI/UX  Jerry is a director of UI/UX on the Enterprise DevOps team\, where he leads the developer platform experience across build\, test\, and deployment workflows. With nearly five years at the organization\, he has led infrastructure automation\, contributed significantly to the Open Source Program Office\, and driven the adoption of generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot. Outside of work\, he’s either surviving a Pokémon Nuzlocke or on a mission to find the best ramen in town. \n\n\n\n_______________________  \n\n\n\nAnd the Workshop Hosts!  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNaomi Ing Principal Product Manager\, DevOps  Naomi is a Principal Product Manager on the AI & Insights team within DevOps at RBC\, bringing seven years of experience leading Innovation\, Early Talent\, and Developer Advocacy programs. In her current role\, Naomi focuses on integrating AI capabilities to enhance developer productivity and transform the software development lifecycle.
