Registration & Fees

Please review all instructions and relevant dates thoroughly prior to registering for the 2013-14 Academic year.

• The deadline to register (that is, to pay fees) for the 2013-14 Academic year is August 30, 2013.
• M.Eng. students are registered upon payment of fees. The deadline to pay fees for the 2013-14 Academic year is August 30, 2013. Interest may be charged monthly on any fees outstanding past September 13, 2013.
• M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. students are registered upon payment of fees or approval of a request to register without payment. Students in their period of guaranteed funding (that is, M.A.Sc. years one and two; Ph.D. years one through four) may request to register without payment through ROSI (select “Financial Account”, then “OSAP/GOVT/Grad Deferral”). Students beyond their period of guaranteed funding must submit a Register Without Payment form to the ECE Graduate Office. The deadline to pay fees, or to register without payment through ROSI, or to submit a Register Without Payment form to the ECE Graduate Office is August 30, 2013. Students who are approved to register without payment may carry a balance in their fees account until April 30, 2014, without accruing any interest or service charges. Fees are due, in full, by April 30, 2014. Interest will be charged monthly on any fees outstanding past April 30, 2014.
• Fees assessment is scheduled for July 15, 2013, and charges will be visible on ROSI as of that date. Please consult the Student Accounts website for fees and refund schedules, payment procedures, and related information. When navigating the Student Accounts website please note that your academic division is “Graduate Studies, School of.”
• Tuition, incidental fees, and UHIP premium for the 2012-13 Academic year are excerpted in the table. Please note that tuition, incidental fees, and UHIP premium for the 2013-14 Academic year will not be confirmed until July 15, 2013.
