Registration

Please review all instructions and relevant dates thoroughly prior to registering for the 2011-12 academic year.

  • The deadline to register for the 2011 Fall session is August 26, 2011.
  • M.Eng. students are registered upon payment of fees. The deadline to pay fees for the 2011 Fall session is August 26, 2011. Interest will be charged monthly on any fees outstanding past the registration deadline.
  • M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. students are registered upon approval of a fees arrangement, or payment of fees. The deadline to submit a fees arrangement form to the ECE Graduate Office is August 26, 2011. Students who make a fees arrangement will be registered in their program for the 2011-12 academic year and may carry a balance in their fees account until April 30, 2012, without accruing any interest or service charges. Fees are due, in full, by April 30, 2012. Interest will be charged on any balance outstanding past April 30.
  • Fees assessment is scheduled for the weekend of July 16, 2011, and charges will be visible on ROSI after that date. Please consult the Student Accounts website for fees and refund schedules, payment procedures, and related information. When navigating the Student Accounts website please note that your academic division is “Graduate Studies, School of.”
