Orientation

ECE is very pleased to hold an orientation and welcome event for our new graduate students. The event provides an opportunity for students to meet their colleagues and professors, as well as learn about graduate course offerings and research in ECE, and other information relevant to graduate students.

  • The main Department event is scheduled for Friday, September 23, 2011, from 9:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Welcome address and graduate coordinators' discussion panel will commence promptly at 9:45 a.m. in the East Common Room of Hart House (main level); a buffet luncheon will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the Music Room of Hart House (second level). All new students are cordially invited (and encouraged!) to attend.
  • In addition to the main Department event, each research field may hold its own local gathering to cover material relevant to the field. Please contact your graduate coordinator for additional information:
