Registration

• The deadline to register for the 2009 Fall term is August 28, 2009.

• M.Eng. students are registered upon payment of fees. M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. students are registered upon approval of a fees arrangement, or payment of fees.

• The deadline to pay fees is August 28, 2009. Interest will be charged monthly on any fees outstanding past the registration deadline. Fees are due, in full, by April 30, 2010.

• The deadline to submit a fees arrangement form to the ECE Graduate Office is August 28, 2009. Students who make a fees arrangement will be registered in their program for Academic Session 2009-10 and may carry a balance in their fees account until April 30, 2010, without accruing any interest or service charges. Fees are due, in full, by April 30, 2010. Interest will be charged on any balance outstanding past April 30.

• Fees assessment is scheduled for the weekend of July 17, 2009, and charges will be visible on ROSI after that date. Please consult the Student Accounts website for fees and refund schedules, payment procedures, and related information.
