600 Hours Practical Work Experience - forms & more information

Please note: students on PEY are automatically credited for the 600 hours requirement, and do NOT need to submit the 600 hours forms.

SPECIAL NOTE TO 4TH YEAR STUDENTS: If you do not submit your 600 hours forms by the first week of January 2012, you will not be eligible to participate in the Iron Ring ceremony and may not be eligible to graduate in June!

Practical Experience Forms - for required 600 hours of Practical Experience

  1. Practical Experience Certificate

a. Information - read first

As per the Faculty regulation, a minimum of 600 hours of practical work experience must be completed before graduation. Refer to the "Practical Experience Requirement" entry from the Faculty Calendar. (See below.)

In order to claim your hours for practical experience, you must complete the form and hand it in to the Undergraduate Office, SFB600.

This form will identify you and will provide the name of your employer, your direct manager, hours worked and a detailed job description filled out by you. (Make sure you attach a business card.)
